It was pretty straightforward. A HR person reached out for a phone screening, and then I moved on to the Accounting team. Overall, it was a pretty easy experience, interviews went by fast, 30 minutes max. The answers were kind of vague and I had to ask a lot of questions to get any real answers.

Applied through a head hunter who had a relationship with the company. I didn't talk to anyone before the interview, so I was pretty much going in blind. The head hunter gave me some tips on what to review, like basic college principles and my major. The interview had three parts. First was with an HR Rep. She was really nice, funny, and down to earth, which made me feel comfortable. After she gave the okay, she called the manager of the department. He was also really down to earth and friendly. We mostly talked about family, college, and working at Fender. He asked me job skill questions, and I answered honestly. Some I knew right away, others I didn't even try to answer, and he knew that. It was cool. The last part was with the director of the department. He was nice, and we mostly talked about upper-level management and job skills/requirements. It was brief, about 15-20 minutes. This is where I got the tougher questions. We discussed 12-24 month job responsibilities, and we both felt it was a good fit. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience. The culture was what I expected: laid back but smart and friendly people. I got the job offer the very next day and have been happy in Scottsdale ever since. I love Fender so far!
