First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fenchem.
Sourcing Specialist
The process was pretty easy and fast. It started with an interview on Indeed, followed by a person interview. The team seemed very young. It smelled like lunch in there. The benefits are good, but I didn't get the job.
- What is your biggest strength?
Operations
The interview process was very informal and messy, conducted by inexperienced interviewers. They seemed desperate to find experts and were dishonest about the company's true nature. There was absolutely no structure, and communication was non-existent. Issues were ignored, and process improvement was never a priority; the company is run like a sweatshop.
- Can you discuss your previous work history?
HR Coordinator
The hiring process was quite smooth. The HR team was responsive and helpful throughout. This company prefers in-person interviews when feasible. The entire process spanned approximately three weeks and involved three distinct stages, including a basic background check. They are open to sponsoring candidates.
- Could you start by introducing yourself?
- Can you share details about your previous education, knowledge, and experience?
Business Analyst
I went through three interview rounds with the HR Manager, General Manager, and CEO. The interviews started on time, and the managers were friendly and accommodating. Instructions were clear, and they were very helpful with working visa sponsorship.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- Where do you see yourself professionally in 5 years?
- What factors influence interest rates?
