I was contacted by an external recruiter from La Pieza. There was a quick video call with her, followed by a call with the hiring manager for the role (it was a bit uncoordinated as they rescheduled it twice). Initially, the recruiter was very responsive via messages, but then they stopped replying without even informing me that my profile was not selected.

It was chill, straight to the point with the manager. They asked about the job and alignment on the activities. I was walked through the daily tasks. We discussed the challenges of a food industry and its specificities. I was questioned about good manufacturing practices for food.

We have a dynamic 30-minute interview. The first 15 minutes will be for questions, and in the other half, you'll be presented with a case to solve in 5 minutes. Finally, you'll have time to ask any questions you have about the role or the company.

Terrible process with digital femsa, I started the first interviews (and technical test) in April and then there was no response until the end of May, finally they told me they wanted to make me an offer and asked me to schedule a day for the offer by video call, the day arrived and an hour before they canceled the offer meeting, they told me there was a problem with the offers and they were rescheduling. After two weeks they rescheduled that meeting for the offer but they did the same to me and two hours before they canceled the meeting. This last one was no longer rescheduled and I was ghosted since then.
