First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fellers.
Student Worker
It was a really smooth and effective interview. The people were nice and humble and asked me in a gentle tone about myself and the work I'm interested in. They also motivated me to speak up my ideas.
- Are you truly passionate about this opportunity?
Territory Manager
I had phone calls, never met anyone in person. I talked to the warehouse people in the area. They talked to me like I was a joke and they already knew the answer. Ohhh, you want to work at Fellers? Well, let me tell you. You'd be the fifth person in four years.
- Why do you think you can survive this horrible company?
Sales Representative
I went through several phone interviews for this Sales Representative position. I've previously worked for their main competitor, then took some time off from the industry before re-entering it during a period of economic downturn. Some of the questions asked were standard, regardless of my background.
- How long were you in the industry?
- Tell me about your experience working for a direct competitor.
- You stepped away from the industry, can you tell me about that?
Customer Service Representative
First, there was a phone screen with HR. Then, a second phone interview with the Supervisor. The final round was a Teams video call with the Director of CS and the Supervisor. They mainly use the Star Method for interview questions. The benefits offered are really great.
- Tell me what you know about our company.
- How do you handle constructive criticism?
- How would you manage a difficult customer situation?
