I applied on their website about two weeks before getting a call for a quick phone interview. After that, I was asked to meet and interview in person with a regional manager. It was a pretty basic and laid-back interview, and I got the offer the following day.

I had one interview with three finance members all at the same time, the Comptroller and two A/P managers. I was nervous at first but they were really interested in what I had to say so selling my skills was an easy task once I realized they did not want to intimidate me. They answered all my questions fully and I left the interview feeling excited for the opportunity I got to interview with such a great expanding company. I knew other people also interviewed for the position later that day and I was asked to take a couple prove it test. This was not a problem for me in fact in did nothing short of help me get the job, because the competition for the position was tough.

I met with a manager and the director. They were both very nice. After the interview, they left the room and came back to offer me the job.
