I initially applied online for a different position. After being told by the Talent Acquisition Specialist that I wasn’t selected for that role, I asked for feedback. They encouraged me to consider another opportunity—a Program Coordinator role—and the specialist submitted my resume for me. The first interview was a phone call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. It was a casual, informative chat where they asked general questions to see if I fit and gave me helpful info about the position and the company. The second interview was in person with the site manager, assistant manager, and an assistant manager in training. They all introduced themselves and talked about their experiences. I had a short speech ready for the interview, covering some usual questions, so they skipped some during our talk. The whole experience was really good. The interviewers were nice, informative, and open about the role and what they expected. Even though I wasn’t picked for the job, they gave me great insights and encouraged me to apply for future openings, which I really appreciated.

The interview process was thorough, but I really enjoyed it. The interviewers were genuinely kind and seemed really nice. They asked really good questions that helped me understand the role better. A lot of the questions were situational, so definitely have some examples ready to go.

I put in an application online and a week later I was called to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and had a bunch of typical questions. A few days after that, I got contacted about the job.

I had a phone call where I answered some standard questions. A few days later, I went in for an in-person interview. It seemed to go well, and they showed me around and introduced me to some people. I was hopeful, but they called a few days later to say I didn't get the job. I'm not sure why, maybe my career goals just don't line up with theirs.
