It was a good experience. They asked basic and straightforward questions. The environment was fine and they communicated effectively. They asked if I would be the right candidate for the job and I said yes. They believed me and it was an enjoyable process. They were also very nice and talked about my hobbies and what I like doing. Overall, they seem like they care and take the time to get to know you instead of just asking job-specific questions.

The interview process was quite involved, with two rounds of in-person interviews. Each round involved meeting with at least three people. Additionally, I had to submit a writing sample and complete an aptitude test. Everyone I met was really nice and seemed engaged.

Had a quick in-person interview, a 45-minute group interview with the Hiring Manager, Marketing Manager, and the Manager of Development for one of their teams. The people were really good and the interview was pretty straightforward, no unusual questions. It's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't heard anything back. I didn't follow up because the pay was way less than the current market for senior associates.
