After passing the initial HR screening, the interview involved a one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager. This discussion focused on my background, experience, and how I would handle specific claim scenarios.

It was 3 people on zoom throwing questions on you. I ended up not get selected for the job but it was an ok experience. I wish that the interview process could be a bit less intimidating and the pay was below industry average.

Condescending, almost rude interviewer. If you’re not impressed with someone’s experience/skills, why waste time and have the interview at all? Pro tip is to at least try pretend to be interested in the next person you meet with.

I had a phone interview with HR, and then an in-person interview with the CEO, who brought in the Operations VP and Risk Management VP. The interview was a bit awkward because they didn't have many relevant questions for me. I ended up asking as many questions as they did. Looking back, it seems the managers don't have a deep understanding of the business and struggled to ask good questions.
