Behavioral Other

The interview process was very long, taking over 2 months to get an offer. It started with a recruiter call, and the final round was a panel interview. This was the worst interview process I've experienced. I was a referral and got a really uncommunicative recruiter who initially told me the position was on hold. He said he'd send a link to re-apply when it was posted again, but I never heard back. After following up for two weeks, he finally responded, saying it was still on hold but suggested we start the process. On the day of our call, 30 minutes before, he canceled, saying he'd moved teams. I was then assigned a new recruiter. My first call with her involved discussing the opportunity and my background. She seemed confused when I mentioned the previous recruiter saying the roles were on hold. She also sounded like she didn't want to talk to me and saw me as a burden. I asked about the next steps, and she gave me a timeline for when I'd hear back. I waited, and nothing happened. I emailed her twice over the next month, with no response. Given my 4+ years of recruiting experience, this level of unprofessionalism from FedEx is surprising for such a large company. They should have a better recruitment team.

Started by chatting about my resume, then they asked me to dive deeper into my past experiences. After that, there was one behavioral question. The recruiter then walked me through what the internship is all about and what they expect from interns. I wrapped things up by asking them some questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process for this Sales role, which was formerly part of General Tire owned by Gen Cor before being sold, involved a one-on-one meeting with management. It was a brief interview, lasting only a few minutes, and it went well. I was also a member of the Million Dollar Club, which is a notable achievement.
