The interview process for this Delivery Driver position involves assessing your skills in package handling, maintenance, and customer service. We're looking for someone who doesn't slack on the job and doesn't come in late. Being easy to get along with is important. Prior delivery experience is required. They did a long background check, which is normally fine, but it was handled by a third-party company that had some technical glitches, which made the whole thing take longer than expected. But other than that, it was a really great experience.
