I found a job online and applied. After waiting for two weeks, a recruiter called me. They told me about the job and that there would be two interview stages: a 1 hour 45 minute virtual interview and an onsite interview. The virtual interview was a week later. It was split into three parts with three different people: a Senior Manager, a Project Manager, and the Hiring Manager. The first two parts were 30 minutes each, and the last one with the Hiring Manager was 45 minutes. I thought it went well, but two days later I got a rejection email. It was a bummer, but I know every interview is a learning opportunity.

So, you're in this interview, right? It's like you're at one end of a table, and there are at least three people sitting across from you. They're upfront, telling you they'll be writing down everything you say, which is why they won't be making eye contact. Each person is going to ask you three questions, so that's nine questions total. They're all behavioral or situational questions, like 'what would you do' or 'what did you do'. They don't give you any info about the job itself, so you're expected to have done your homework. This means researching the job on your own, and they really want you to talk to at least three people who are currently doing the job or have done it in the past. They expect a lot of research from your side. And, of course, you're supposed to ask questions at the end.

It was for Global Product Manager Position. I had two rounds of Interview. Initially, Interview was about 45 mins, with regards to my Skillset, experience and Role. The 2nd interview lasted for 1 hour 45 mins. It included a presentation and other competency-based questions. I was Interview by Two persons in each round. The Interview Panel Included IT Business Manager from Italy, IT Business Manager from London, Business Analyst from Netherlands, And the HR from the Netherlands.
