Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 interviews for this role, and they all went really well. The interviewers were super professional and asked some great questions that really tested my leadership skills. Even though things seemed to go well, I honestly didn't think I'd get the job. But I did! I got to share a lot of my past experiences that were helpful for the start-up. I met some great, supportive people from all over the country and learned a lot.

Behavioral

Everyone, whether they are new hires or getting promoted, has to answer the same questions. All levels of jobs use the same interview format, from package handler all the way up to upper management. They ask what they call situational or behavioral questions. Each answer is graded based on how well the skill is present or not, based on what they say, and then they compare the total scores of all candidates. That's it for the interview.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you worked independently and how you maintained your motivation?
  • Describe a time when your attentiveness helped you prevent an accident.
  • Tell me about a situation where you successfully resolved a conflict within your team.
