Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FedEx Office.
Sales Consultant
It was a lot of interviews all in one day. We started with some managers, then I met with the district manager. They wanted to know about my skills and what I can do for the company.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Sales Consultant
Fedex Office uses video interviews now. First, there was a phone interview to talk about your resume and customer service experience to see if you fit. After that, you meet the store manager, and then the district manager. The whole thing moves pretty quickly, usually done in a week.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a time you had a really good customer service experience.
Sales Consultant
I dropped off my resume at Fedex Office with the manager. They contacted me a few days later. Then I had an interview with both the store manager and regional manager at the same time in a back office. They got back to me with an offer two days later.
- Explain how you would handle interactions with different types of people.
- Demonstrate how you would sell one of our items to a customer.
