Retail Associate
I don't remember how long it took to hear back after I applied online, but it was within a week. First, a manager from another district called me for a phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Then, they scheduled me for an interview with a manager at a different, larger store than the one I applied to, which was also 20 minutes. After that, I had an interview at the actual store I would be working at. The manager there told me she would pass everything along to her district manager, and I should get an offer letter the following Monday. (Kidding about not getting a fourth interview!)
- What makes you want to be a part of this company?
- Can you tell me about a time you assembled something, and walk me through how you did it?
- Share an instance where you juggled multiple tasks simultaneously.

It took about 3 weeks to get an interview scheduled after applying online. The whole process was pretty quick and painless, one of the better ones I've experienced. After applying online, there's a long wait to actually talk to someone. I had to do an assessment first, and then the face-to-face interview went over similar questions.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.

It is a good environment to work in.. I like the set-up and the working environment. Waited for a few minutes and interview started, the interviewer was a wonderful person
- Do you have any data entry knowledge?
