Production Coordinator
I applied online. Had a quick phone screening that set up an interview time. The interview was with two managers asking questions, mostly basic like, 'Have you ever dealt with an angry customer?' They seemed to be reading from a list. It was short, maybe 20 mins. Then, a follow-up HR phone interview. This one was pretty detailed, I wish I'd prepared more. They asked typical questions but also 'What do you feel you need to be better prepared to start with the company?', 'What do you hope this company offers?', and some benefit questions like, 'What sort of benefits are you interested in?'.
- What do you expect from this company?
- What do you hope this company offers?
- What would better prepare you for the position?
Production Coordinator
After submitting your application online, you'll have 2 interviews. First, you'll interview with the Manager of the center you applied to. Then, you'll interview with their District Manager. If you get the job offer, you'll start on the next pay period. They do offer lots of training during your onboarding.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging customer, and explain how you resolved it and reached a compromise?
Production Coordinator
I found the job online and then had a phone interview. After that, I had a 1-on-1 with my now-manager. They offered me the job in under a week, which was pretty quick. My manager had a list of things to ask, but he kind of went off-script. It was pretty chill overall.
- How do you handle working under pressure?
