Customer Service Representative
The interview process was really unprofessional and they didn't answer my questions about things I was concerned about. They were also late for our scheduled interview, making me wait about 10-15 minutes to see them on screen. They also kept cutting me off. Definitely a hard pass!
- What makes you want to work here?
Customer Service Representative
It's a 2 step interview process. First with the store manager and second with the district manager. The interviews were a week apart. My interviews weren't my best. I rambled and was caught off guard by 1 or 2 questions. However they look for personality and people that are customer service focused. The store manager and district manager were very nice. Go in smiling and you'll do great! Also dress professional.
- Tell me what you know about fedex office.
- What are 5 things customers look for when they come to fedex office or any retailer?
- Can you share a time you had to predict a future sale for a customer?
Customer Service Representative
A current employee passed my resume to the manager, and I followed up to get the interview. I finally interviewed one on one with the manager, and it lasted about an hour. It was more about being a personality fit for the manager. The training process was garbage. As jobs go, it's okay.
- What are your thoughts on customer service?
- Can you describe your customer service skills?
- How do you deal with unhappy customers?
