The first step was a behavioral screen with HR, then a panel with three people. They asked a lot of different things about my past projects. It wasn't too bad, but they really dug into what I've worked on.

It was actually pretty easy. I had a behavioral interview with HR, and then a Skype interview with the hiring team. The interview with the hiring team mainly focused on my past research experience, going through my resume and making sure I could explain everything I did in detail. Since it was a research position, they also asked about my coding experience. After that interview, I had another call with HR to make sure everything was squared away (like hiring forms, salary acceptance, etc.). Then I was given an offer and went through background checks.

Behavioral Technical

So first there were recruiter calls where we talked about behavioral questions, and then if I passed that round they invited me in to talk with economists. it wasn't super technical. A lot of the meetings with the economists was taken up by them explaining their work and asking if I had relevant experience.
