First up was a 45-min Teams chat, just me and the hiring manager. Then, round two is gonna be in person at the KC office. They hit me with a bunch of 'Tell me about a time...' type questions, all about the job.

I went to a career fair on campus and got an email inviting me to an interview on campus the next week. I did well in that interview. Then, they asked me to come to their main office in Kansas City for two more interviews. I was there all day, and they gave us a tour and a formal luncheon with a mentor. About 60 other candidates were there. We all had two interviews that day. I sent a thank you email afterwards, but about a week later they told me they wouldn't be moving forward with my candidacy.

I met with some recruiters at a career fair at my university. About a week later, they reached out to me to set up an interview. I had one interview that lasted about 30-35 minutes. They told me they'd let me know. The interview questions were really hard and super specific. There were a couple of times I had to pause and really think before I could answer. The interviewer looked at my transcript and asked me about a low grade I got in one particular class.
