The interview process was really straightforward. The people were super nice and mostly tried to convince me to accept the offer, highlighting great benefits and a friendly environment. They even flew me in for an in-person interview. The whole day was dedicated to interviews, with just one part focused on technical questions. They also asked about how I assess errors.

It was a 30 minute screening interview over skype. Second round interview also occurred over skype, which is a notable downside. Was asked many technical questions by one of the economists. By the end of the interview, you end up very tired from looking at a computer screen for so long.
