It was a great interview process at first; they really seemed to like my credentials. However, after not getting a callback, I realized they moved forward with candidates who were the complete opposite of what they initially said they wanted. If they had been more transparent from the start, it wouldn't have felt so frustrating and like I was being gaslighted.
