The whole virtual interview process took about two hours. The team and leadership seemed nice and they asked good questions. The bad part was that after I finished the interview, gave references, they ghosted me. I tried to follow up with the recruiter but she didn't call back or email me. It made me see the company differently. An automated rejection email would have been better.
