I sent my resume, and a few days later I got a call to set up the interview. When I got there, I had to take a simple and short Word, Excel, Math, and Typing test, which took about 45 minutes. Then, I met with the Director and two team members for a 3-on-1 interview. They asked me standard interview questions in a friendly way, like about my attendance, hobbies, previous jobs, and a time I did great on a task.
