It started with a phone screen, then an in-person interview with multiple interviewers, and finished with a writing test at the office. This process felt pretty standard for a senior position. The HR person was nice and offered water.

Behavioral Technical

This was a structured interview, quite challenging actually due to how it was set up. They asked about 3-5 questions and stuck to them. It was hard to gauge the interview panel and the session wasn't very back-and-forth. I couldn't get a good sense of the company culture or work environment, and reading body language was tough. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. Make sure to connect your answers back to your resume.

It was cool. It was only behavior questions nothing too scary. Only thing you should practice are behaviors. Decently nice people. Got an offer, but it ended up getting complicated through the process.
