I had an HR call back in January, and then I was invited for an interview with the team at the end of April, which felt like a very long time. The interview was back-to-back with three people from the team. It was a really informal and friendly interview, more like a casual conversation.

I applied after seeing this job posting for over four months and a LinkedIn match. The first step was a quick recruiter call asking about my current job search status and offers. The first actual interview with the Hiring Manager was strange, with them repeatedly stating the remaining time left. The second interview was even stranger as the interviewer mainly used acronyms. After that, I was left in limbo for over a week despite being upfront about my job search timeline. The recruiter mentioned the team's dissatisfaction, admitting they were interviewing others and delaying things to gauge the 'bar.' I found it concerning that the HR team hadn't determined the 'bar' for a mid-senior HR role after four months in a competitive market. I decided to withdraw my application when the recruiter compared my disclosing another offer to 'trying to find a guy in the bar.' They initially said I'd have one final interview on Wednesday, then on Thursday said I'd have two. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating. I'd advise serious professionals to avoid this company and their time.

The process was long and poorly managed. I initially interviewed for one role, then was moved to another, and ended up having to drive over an hour for an interview. In the end, I never heard back from the recruiter. It was very disappointing.

Had a recruiter call, then an online interview and a copy editing test. It was very open and friendly. The recruiter was easy to reach and answered questions about the job and benefits.
