First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FC Dallas.
Sales Manager
It was a three-round interview process. The first round was a phone call where they showed up 45 minutes late. The second round was supposed to be in person, but they were 20 minutes late for that too. The third round got postponed and they never rescheduled it. It was really unprofessional and disrespectful because they never responded about rescheduling or even sent a message saying they'd picked other people, even though I emailed and called them.
- The questions were pretty standard, more like a conversation than a strict Q&A.
Sales Representative
It was a full day interview with different activities and a final group interview at the end. First you go on a stadium tour and have a job overview. Then you do various role-plays with different sales situations. At the end, you do a full-on interview.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in sales?
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Marketing Intern
The application process was simple. I found the opening on Handshake and they contacted me about a week after I applied. We arranged an interview via email. The interview was a 20-minute phone call.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Intern
Had a bit of small talk, they asked what I wanted out of the internship, how I'd be a benefit, and then discussed next steps. They were really professional, helpful, and kind the whole time.
- How would your past experiences benefit this specific position?
