So, the interview process usually involves a panel interview. They mostly ask basic questions about financial management, like financial ratios, and also about SMEs, such as what are the SBP's criteria to qualify as a SME?

I applied online and then was asked for an interview. It lasted for 5 minutes. Then I was asked to come for the final interview. My interview time was 9:30 and I was interviewed at 5 pm. The interviewers were on call from Karachi and they had already shortlisted the candidates and my interview lasted for 2 minutes and was said sorry for inconvenience.

The interview process involved a meeting with the Head of Operations, followed by meetings with the CEO and the Head of HR. The initial discussion with the Head of Operations was centered around my CV and my past roles at ANZ, American Express bank, and CIBC World Markets in Toronto. I highlighted my experience in paperless Treasury and my focus on cost-effective and environmentally friendly solutions. The conversation with the CEO focused on systems and their implementation. The meeting with the Head of HR was about compensation.

This was a professional interview that was super relevant to the job, like, all about economy and quant stuff. They asked a lot of questions about my resume and what I expected from the job. Since I just graduated, they really focused on my education, like what courses I took and my reasons for choosing them.
