Patient Care Coordinator
So, the interview process kicked off with a quick 15-minute chat with a recruiter over the phone. After that, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview later that same week. They also wanted me to email an article I found interesting so we could talk about it during the interview. The interview itself went for about an hour, and I got to meet with a Patient Care Coordinator and a Patient Care Coordinator Team Leader. They even showed me around the office briefly between meeting with them. Everyone was super nice and made me feel welcome. The recruiter mentioned I'd hear back within a week about their decision, and I actually got the job offer the very next day!

Human Resources Generalist
The process started with a recruiter call, but then switched to a video interview with an extra HR person joining last minute. After that went well, I interviewed with the Finance team and the CFO, which I thought was good, but realized all interviews heavily focused on employee relations (ER) issues, making me think they have a lot of problems there. Then I had a challenging interview with the HR consultant and the teams I would support; it felt like they were ganging up on me, making it hard to connect personally. I also worried they might reject me for not having medical experience, even though I believe people can learn and adapt, especially from startups. During one of the many interviews, I asked about a 5-year plan and was told the company might sell soon, which wasn't what I was hoping for. The final interviews seemed okay, and I expected to hear about an offer, but then the company completely ghosted me. I tried reaching out multiple times for an update with no response from anyone in recruiting or HR, which I find to be poor common decency, especially for someone in HR. This might explain their low Glassdoor score, so seriously consider those reviews before joining!

Software Engineer
I started the interview process really excited about this opportunity, but I ended up disappointed. I had to follow up multiple times after the onsite interview and didn't hear back for almost two weeks. I had even turned down other job offers because I was more interested in working for this company. Eventually, they gave me an offer that was much lower than we had discussed before, and honestly, it felt a bit insulting. I think they might have gone through other engineers they wanted to hire and saw if anyone would accept such a low salary. It's a shame because the engineers I spoke with were really nice, and I was genuinely interested in joining the company. But the lack of communication and the change in salary numbers makes me question if this company will be successful in the future.

Patient Care Coordinator
I was pretty exhausted and nervous going into my interview, but the staff and my first interviewer put me at ease right away. I really liked that the interview was held outdoors. I met with two interviewers, one for the first half and another for the second. They both seemed interested in my background and shared good insights into the company culture. My second interviewer also gave me a quick tour of the office at the end. Overall, it was a positive experience.
