The interviewer kept cutting me off when I was speaking, so I couldn't get my points across properly. It was a bit of a shame, but that's how it goes. I wouldn't even bother applying there again unless they get a different person to conduct the interviews!

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview had three main parts. First, we talked about introductions and what I knew about the job and the company. Second, there were competence-based questions. Third, we did a role play exercise where I had to pick out two outfits from the shop floor for two made-up customers, making sure to consider their budget, the time, and what they needed. I really liked how interactive it was and it felt like a good preview of the actual job.

I applied for the job right there in the store and they asked me to come back for an interview later that week. When I got there, I had to wait for about half an hour because they were short-staffed. The interview itself was really casual and chatty. They made it seem like I got the job, but then they emailed me later saying I didn't get it, which was pretty misleading.
