We had a laid-back chat in person, and then the next day I went in for a trial run on the shop floor. The questions were pretty chill and focused on my past experiences. They wanted me to wear casual clothes and just be myself. The main thing they were looking for was someone who enjoys talking to customers and connects well with them. They also asked about my interests and hobbies outside of work to get a sense of the kind of person I am.

It was pretty relaxed, a lot of questions but no activities or anything. It was a one on one interview, although I've heard they do group interviews sometimes. It wasn't that scary, it was okay.
