First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FastMed Urgent Care.
Center Manager
I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me. We did a phone screening. Then I had a panel interview with the SVP, RM, and some other upper management from the medical practice side. After that, the selection process involved a face-to-face interview with the Regional Manager and a PA who was in a manager role.
- How would you approach holding someone accountable, especially if they are in a more senior position than you?
Family Nurse Practitioner
I had a phone interview first, it was really professional and thorough. After that, I had a virtual interview with a regional higher up. They showed me a power point with different xrays, ekgs, and clinical scenarios. I had to explain what I thought was going on and how I'd treat each case.
- Do you have any experience with suturing or splinting?
Medical Billing Specialist
After submitting my resume, I was called for an interview within a few days. I went in and met with two managers. They gave me a full overview of the company, including their past and future plans, and a detailed description of the role I was applying for, along with potential opportunities for growth.
- Could you describe your experience with medical billing?
Recruiter
I was contacted for a phone screen for a Recruiter job. I completed the phone screen but then didn't hear back for months. The job was posted again multiple times. I figured I wasn't being considered anymore, but it would have been nice to get a response since it was clear they weren't interested.
- What was your salary expectation for this role?
