I had two initial phone calls, and then I went in for two separate onsite interview sessions where I met with multiple team members. The discussions were great, and it felt like the company is working on something really exciting and that it would be a fun journey to be a part of its growth. During one of the onsite visits, I got a tour of the additive manufacturing factory, which was quite impressive and solidified my interest in the company and its technology. All in all, it was a really positive experience.

Applied online, then visited the manufacturing site in Chicago. Had a casual conversation with the manufacturing lead and two current engineers. Asked questions at the end. Followed up with the lead engineer but got no response. Two weeks later, scheduled for another interview. They rescheduled my interview twice. Then they hired someone else without telling me, even though I was planning to fly in, which messed up my logistics. Really poor and disorganized experience. I hope they have a better HR team now.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had one phone interview and then an in-person interview. During the in-person, I met with three people from different departments. We chatted about the company overall, our brand, and they asked me some specific questions about what I'd change about the current website design. After that, I was given a task to redesign the home page and submit it.
