It was a quick and easy hiring process with two phone interviews. I spoke with recruiting and management, and they were super friendly and understanding. I got the job offer within a couple of days.

I applied directly on the Fast Pace career site. About an hour after submitting my application, I got an email to schedule an interview. The first interview was with a Recruiter and it went extremely well. She then recommended me to the hiring manager. After that, I was set up for a second interview. I left the second interview feeling confident that I had been hired. I received the offer about 2 hours after finishing the second interview.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter and then met with the rest of the HR team the very next day. They seemed impressed with my resume. The day after that, I met with two management people who were non-clinical and seemed junior, which was concerning as they were the directors for the clinics. I also met the lead NP who had less clinical experience than me. I never got any feedback or response after sending a thank you email. It turns out this company has a bad reputation for treating providers poorly and understaffing. It worked out though, I got a job with a better company and got promoted.

So first, there's this thing called a 'Qualify Screening' you gotta do before the actual interview. It's pretty straightforward, just questions about your past jobs and schooling. After that, there's a phone interview, and if you get through that, the last step is meeting with the regional director.
