I applied through their job board and submitted my application. They got back to me very quickly for an interview, especially considering the job had been posted for months. The interview tested how you would approach a situation, asking questions about your resume, and determining if you were a good fit.

It was a long interview process, but research will help you get through it. The first interview was a phone call to confirm your willingness to relocate. The second interview was another phone call with a current employee, which is your chance to ask them questions. I thought these interviews were easy until I got to the third one. They do fly you out and cover all expenses, including your hotel. You start with a tour of the headquarters, followed by a brief chat with the recruiter. Then, there's an IQ test where you have 30 minutes for 30 questions; it's not about getting the right answers but showing how you think and problem-solve. After that, a training team member interviewed me. Then, like others mentioned, you get 5 minutes to prepare for a 5-minute teaching demonstration. I'm glad I read other reviews because I used my preschool experience to teach a children's song in ASL. The theory held true, as they invited me to dinner after my afternoon interview. A staff member took me out, paid for everything, and it was a great chance to ask any company-related questions, with assurance that my queries wouldn't be shared with the staff if they were personal. I received an offer about two weeks later. The entire process took about 2 months, but it was during the holidays.

So, like, you totally want this job as a Training Coordinator at Fast. It's a whole process, and I went through it all, but they didn't hire me. The first two interviews are basically phone screenings where they ask you standard stuff like what you know about us and the job, plus some 'tell me about a time you fixed a problem' type questions. You gotta do your research and be positive. Then, the real deal is in Centennial. They fly you out and put you up in a hotel, which is pretty sweet. First, you get a tour of their HQ. Then, there's this 30-minute IQ test – seriously, practice online, I got 28/30. After that, a new interviewer takes over, and she's the one who really matters. She'll grill you on company knowledge and then throw situational questions at you. Next, you gotta solve a logic puzzle on a whiteboard to show how you think. After that, you have to give a 5-minute presentation on anything – like making coffee or weaving – but keep it simple and detailed, and don't go over time like I did. They'll ask you for questions throughout, so spread them out. If they like you, they take you to lunch or dinner afterwards. If not, well, you know. Apparently, this job is more for cute young women than ambitious guys, but whatever. I thought I nailed it, but maybe my GPA wasn't good enough. Just be likable, funny, and clever. If you don't get dinner, start applying elsewhere ASAP.
