Sales Specialist
My interview experience was great. The recruiter was very nice and made me feel comfortable during our conversation. We talked about my career path and my qualifications for the job. The questions asked were good and showed they understood what the role needs and were interested in my background. It felt like a very relevant and well-planned interview. I had a really positive impression of the company and the job after talking with them. The recruiter's professional and friendly attitude really made me feel good about the company and the chance to work there.

SEO Manager
I had a recruiter screening that was about 30 minutes. Then I had a hiring manager interview which was 45 minutes. The recruiter seemed really excited and moved me to the next step. The second interview went well, the person was nice and asked good questions, some were a bit out there for a typical SEO manager role, but overall it was fine. But then I heard nothing back, even after sending a thank you note. It feels like they don't respect people's time.

Training and Development Specialist
I had a 30-minute initial interview and they wanted to schedule the in-person interview for the very next day. I made sure to rearrange my schedule to fit them in. I got a confirmation email that detailed the dress code, but the interviewer was not dressed appropriately for a luxury/upscale company. My experience was similar to another person's, with a 2.5-hour in-person interview. They seemed unsure of what they were looking for and couldn't provide clear answers to my questions. They mostly talked about how the previous person in the role performed poorly and made it clear that I would be micromanaged, with the first trainer's interview mentioning being "hands on" multiple times. At one point, they repeated my answers back to me, which was quite odd. After 2.5 hours of talking, they mentioned interviewing 7 candidates for the role. The immediate scheduling of the in-person interview felt unnecessary, especially since they were interviewing so many people; they could have waited until the following week. It was also strange that they wouldn't disclose the salary range, first asking me what I was looking for during the phone interview, and then stating during the in-person interview that they "really wanted someone who wanted to work for the company." This was a major red flag, as salary expectations should be discussed and aligned.

Affiliate Marketing Specialist
I went through several interview stages, including an in-person interview and a take-home project that required a significant time investment. The conversations themselves were positive, but after completing the process, communication stopped and I never received a formal update or rejection. I understand that hiring priorities can change, but providing closure—especially after on-site interviews and project work—would greatly improve the candidate experience and show respect for the time candidates invest.
