The process was very informal. It felt more like a conversation between friends than an actual interview. We talked for roughly an hour about my past job experiences and how that would translate to this company. At the end of the interview I was offered a job.

The interview process had two steps. First, a phone call with the head of HR. It was a laid-back chat where they covered the job duties, what's expected, pay, and work hours. They asked about my work authorization and if I have a driver's license. Then, a quick look at my past jobs. They said they'd call if I moved to the next step. It lasted about 30 minutes. The second interview was also over the phone since I'm far away. I was on speakerphone with the area supervisor and another engineer. They reiterated the job expectations and answered my questions. We then discussed my resume so I could elaborate on my experience. The questions were standard interview stuff. This call was an hour long, and it was also very chill and informal.
