The interview process was easy and laid-back. Before the interview, there was a cognitive test you had to do on the computer, kind of like the Wunderlich. Overall, I had a good experience.

I reached out to the parent company of FarmTek and was contacted by a recruiter there. We had a 30-minute phone call, and I was given a test. After the test, I had a Skype interview with the CEO and another executive. Then, they asked me to travel 4 hours to their headquarters for an in-person interview, with the CEO assuring me it wouldn't be a waste of time. During the in-person interview, it seemed like the hiring managers and CEO weren't aligned, and they were considering me for different roles. The CEO made some insulting remarks about my experience, calling me 'entry level' because I didn't know their specific sales methods or computer systems, and mentioned the high cost of training me. He concluded by saying he wasn't sure of my fit for the company. A week later, I got a standard rejection email. This whole process involved over 9 hours of driving and taking a day off work, and the CEO didn't even bother to send a personal rejection email after promising it wouldn't be a waste of time. I've been in the workforce for over 15 years and have never felt my time and effort were disrespected so much.

Behavioral

My interview experience was pretty chill, but a bit all over the place. The managers I talked to were nice and easy to talk to. Still, the interview felt a bit scattered, like they didn't really know what job I was interviewing for when I walked in. It also seemed like they didn't have a clear list of what they were looking for in a candidate.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process was well-thought-out and had several layers. There was good upfront screening, testing, and a mock call program. The Sales Manager was a bit stiff and didn't seem enthusiastic about his role, appearing to care less, but the support staff around him were solid.
