Sales Representative
It was a quick and simple process. They asked me basic things like where I live, where I've worked before, what my desired salary is, if I have children, my marital status, and my schedule availability. Overall, it was a good job with very good pay.
- Tell me about your personal qualities.

Graphic Designer
The process had 3 phases. First, an HR interview with basic questions about my experience and goals, plus a medical exam. If I passed, I moved to a second interview with the area manager, including a skills test. The third phase was the 'selection,' where they'd tell me if I was accepted and ask for documents for a socioeconomic study. Unfortunately, due to 'internal movements,' the vacancy was no longer available, even though I'd provided all the documents and started the bank card process. I had to call them to find out, as they didn't bother to inform me. In my experience, this company isn't committed to responsibly managing candidate processes, which can waste your time and opportunities.
- How do you identify with the company?
