First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Farmacias Benavides.
Analista
The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a Teams interview with the boss, and then a call with the hiring manager, all conducted via Teams. They were very flexible, friendly, and I also received some tests.
- Questions about my personal and professional life were asked.
Analyst
4 calls: 2 HR, 1 direct manager, 1 manager. Signed a pre-contract afterwards. Questions related to technical knowledge of the position. Process took 1.5 to 2 months, very fast and always in touch.
- Technical questions related to the position and experience
General Practitioner
We started with some simple questions about my education, then I had a call with the supervisor. After that, there was a psychometric test, followed by a general knowledge exam. This exam had 50 multiple-choice questions covering various clinical case scenarios and also tested my knowledge of Official Mexican Norms.
- Can you tell me about your educational background?
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
- What are your working hours availability?
Financial Analyst
The interview rounds went by quickly. Initially, they seemed to have a good attitude, but they didn't express much enthusiasm or positive vibes that would make you want to join the team. The second interview was going okay until I guess I didn't give the answers they were looking for. So, instead of wrapping it up, they just brushed me off and said the other interviewer was busy. They promised to call back, but that never happened. Completely unprofessional.
- What do you believe are the responsibilities of this role?
