First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Farkouh Furman & Faccio.
Tax Accountant
The interview process is pretty standard. They're quick to give feedback if they're interested in you. Typically, there are two rounds: one with a manager or HR, and then another with a partner. Some managers might ask a lot of behavioral questions.
- Could you walk me through your resume?
Tax Intern
The process was really smooth. I met one of the tax managers at my campus's career fair. I got an email offering me a phone interview for the next day. After that, I was emailed to set up an in-person interview for the following week. The interview itself was pretty chill. They asked me some behavioral questions and some about my resume and background. I didn't get an offer, but I'm super grateful for the experience because the mistakes I made will help me for the next one.
- How did you handle a situation with a teammate who wasn't performing well enough?
- Can you discuss your resume and background?
Administrative Assistant
The recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn even though I didn't apply. She sent a JD and asked if I was interested. I said yes, then she asked for my resume. After that, she asked when I was free to interview. I told her my availability and she sent a link for a virtual interview. This was a month back. Haven't heard anything since the interview.
- What was the reason for leaving your previous employment?
Intern
i applied online. i had a phone screen with two people then they brought me in for an in person interview. met with 2 people, all very welcoming. i was there for maybe 30 minutes
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
