after i got my application in they called me after about 2 days, came in and the assistant manager interviewed me, it was very professional. he was training a a full timer to give interviews so he sat in. they made me read fareways policies and stuff, took me about 5 minutes( i skipped a lot). after he came beck he made me take a math test, which i don't even think i passed and he said he would call, after about 2 days he said to come in to show me around and read more stuff about training. after that was over i was told my next day would be the hands on training. and the individual training me did well in explaining how things worked there. if i was 18 when i got the interview i would have had to wait for a background check.

It was a pretty simple interview. Just one round, with a group of 3-4 engineers. They asked a couple of behavioral questions and then a few about your resume, like why you chose a particular project, how you accomplished something, and what technologies you used.

The interview covered typical questions, and we talked about the job duties and pay. The manager also went over the benefits package. They mentioned the company is closed on holidays and Sundays. They said everyone starts part-time, but I know that's not really true because someone with connections got hired full-time.
