First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FareStart.
Barista Trainer
It was a pretty basic interview. They asked about my employment history for barista skills. The interview was held at one of their coffee places. There were two people interviewing me, which was a little intimidating, but they were nice and welcoming.

IT Manager
The interview process was as advertised. It started with a 45 min phone call. Then there were supposed to be two in person interviews: one with the hiring manager and team, and another possibly with the CEO. After a 55 minute first interview, and a follow up email and phone call, I haven't heard back.
- Can you elaborate on how your experience aligns with the requirements of this position?
Development Officer
I didn't get past the first step, which was a 30-minute phone chat with the supervisor. The call seemed to go well because the supervisor and I had connections in common. I thought I'd hear back either way about moving on. But, I never heard anything. They totally ghosted me. I followed up a week later and still got no response.
