Manager
The process was pretty long, with many interview rounds. For manager roles, expect about five rounds, and some of them will be with senior management. You should probably expect to hear back about an offer within 3 to 4 weeks.
- Are your technical skills aligned with your work profile?
Manager
First, an HR call to see if your experience and smarts fit. Then, a business/operations interview covering your work history, business sense, and some case studies. Lastly, a panel with the Head of HR and business head to finalize feedback.
- What makes you want to switch jobs?
Development Manager
I had a recruiter call, but that recruiter no longer works there. The phone and in-person interviews were conducted by someone with poor English. The office vibe seemed unhappy, despite the recruiter's claims. I didn't get a good feeling from the manager during the interview and would have declined an offer because he seemed to dislike me from the start.
