First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FareHarbor.

I had a really good time interviewing with FareHarbor. They explained the process clearly from the start and everything was organized. The recruiter, Kyle, was super helpful and gave me pointers on how to get ready. I liked that FareHarbor sent info beforehand about the interviews and their values. The managers were nice and open during the interviews. They told me about the job, the team, and what to expect daily, which helped me picture working there. It felt like they really care about their employees and candidates.

This was the best interview process I've experienced. Everything was clear, relaxed, and on time. The recruitment and HR folks were really nice, friendly, and helpful. They even explained why they offered what they did! I was so nervous at first, but everyone made me feel comfortable. It felt like chatting with friends during every interview. The people they picked to represent their teams are great. This process made me even more excited to join. I don't know how they figured out their recruitment strategy, but it's working! It was a great experience.
- Can you share an example of a time when...?
- What is your understanding of FareHarbor at this point?
Onboarding Specialist
So, I applied and about a month later, they sent me a personality test to do. After that, I got invited for an in-person interview at FareHarbor. Turns out, there were a bunch of us going for the same job. We started with this kind of weird group interview thing. Then, it went individual, where I talked to different directors for about 15 minutes each. To wrap things up, we all got a tour of their office space. Everyone was really professional and nice during the process. It took them about two weeks to get back to me. Honestly, I wouldn't have taken the job because of their old-school culture and how disorganized things seemed. But hey, they seem like good people working on a decent product. Might be a way to get your foot in the door.
- What makes you stand out from other candidates with the same qualifications for FareHarbor?
- Can you describe how you would manage your time in this position?
