First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FareHarbor.
Customer Support Specialist
I first talked to the lead recruiter on the phone. They asked me some behavioral questions and also wanted to get to know me. The next day, I had a video interview with three of the managers for the team. It felt intimidating at first, but they were really friendly, casual, and interested in me as a person, which made me feel comfortable. The interview was about 45 minutes, and I got offered the job the following morning.
- In your own words, what does it mean to go above and beyond for customers?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and they scheduled a phone call interview after one week. The recruiter rescheduled once. She called me at a specific time and asked questions about Fareharbor, about myself and why I would want to work there. She also asked about my disponibility to start soon. After a couple of weeks, I had to send an email asking about the other steps, and she said they had chosen another one.
- What do you know about Fareharbor?
- Tell me about yourself.
- What are your goals in this role?
Customer Support Specialist
The whole process was smooth, they gave me all the needed info and explained the recruiting steps. They also told me the salary for the role upfront. I just decided I wasn't interested in the job anymore.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
