Account Manager
So first I had to do this personality test, and then a HR person hit me up to set up a quick 15-minute call, super basic stuff. Then the HR person called again to set up a 2-hour Skype interview with 4 people from the company. The first 3 were really engaged and asked some good questions, but the last lady, I could tell she was totally distracted, checking emails and social media while I was talking. Later that day, HR told me they wanted to move forward and gave me a task: research 9 companies and their booking procedures. It felt like a lot of work just to see how I think, but I did it anyway and sent it over 2 days later. After that, I heard nothing back, even after following up twice. It was weird because HR was so responsive before. I never even got a rejection or confirmation that they got my work. Feels like I did 8 hours of free work for them.
- How would you handle a situation where a client said ______?
- What actions would you take if a client found themselves in this specific situation?
Key Account Manager
Got contacted by a TA coordinator on Linkedin, wasn't even looking for a job. The process had 4 interviews: phone call first, then 1.5 hours in their office meeting 5 people, followed by a written test, and finally a role-play over the phone. I also did a personality test before meeting them. They seemed super keen, asking about my notice period and planned leaves. After all those interviews and the personality quiz, plus the time I spent on their test and finding time to chat, they sent a generic email saying I wasn't the right fit. Honestly, the least they could do is call me and give some constructive feedback, especially since they reached out to me! Total time wasters.
- Can you share why you applied for this position?

Account Manager
I had a great experience interviewing with FareHarbor. Ricky, the recruiter, reached out and told me a little about the role he was looking to fill via LinkedIn. I had a great conversation with him and then I moved onto the next round which consisted of interviewing with four people who were all pleasant to speak with. After that, I did an assignment and one final interview to discuss the assignment. While the process was long, it gave me a good idea of the role and the people that work within the company.
- Can you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging client.
- What would you do if you were falling short of your sales goals?
