The interview process was super efficient! It started with a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I had a video call with a sales manager where I did a mock phone call. The final interview was with another sales manager and a current employee to go over the details of the role. The mock call was tough, but they gave me feedback right away and let me try twice to improve, showing me how I handled the feedback. Everyone I talked to was really professional and nice. Ricky, the recruiter, was quick to respond to my emails and any questions I had about the process. I liked how fast they moved between the calls and the whole 3-step interview process was really smooth.

This whole process was a complete waste of time, it felt like they had no intention of hiring anyone. I'd honestly advise against applying. Their expectations seem impossibly high for anyone to meet. The base salary offered was only 40k, which is below minimum wage and frankly insulting for an Account Executive role, especially when the market rate is typically 80k-100k. The recruiter then spent time discussing the difficulties of finding housing in Amsterdam, and that's how the interview concluded. There was no company overview provided, no details about the AE position, and no mention of sales tech tools. They also clearly don't offer relocation assistance, which is something many established companies do provide. I've never encountered such an unprofessional interview experience.

I got hired as an Account Executive at FareHarbor after going through their interview process. It involved a few rounds where I talked with account executive managers, sales operations, and Sales Enablement leadership, and I felt like I gave good answers. The interviews included a role-playing part where I got coaching and feedback. To finish, I had an in-person meeting with the European Sales Director at the Amsterdam office and met some of the team. It was a good process that let me get to know the team and the company.
