The FANUC interview process starts with resume screening, looking for experience in CNC, robotics, automation, or electrical/mechanical engineering. Highlight any hands-on work with FANUC controllers, robot programming, or PLCs. Some jobs might have an aptitude or technical test covering logical reasoning, basic electronics/mechanics, and programming logic. Then, there are usually 1-2 technical interview rounds covering FANUC CNC systems (troubleshooting, parameters, tuning), robot programming (TP programming, path planning), PLC knowledge (ladder logic, interfacing), and problem-solving for machine/robot issues. Finally, there's an HR or Managerial round to check work ethic, flexibility, communication, and cultural fit.
