The interview process involved three rounds: first, an HR discussion, followed by a discussion about the role and skills, and finally a pair programming session. I didn't make it past the programming round, so I'm not sure what the final round would have been.

Behavioral Technical

I had an initial recruiter chat, then a chat with the hiring manager, a senior leader, and finally a tech interview. The interviews were pretty simple. They don't seem to know what they're looking for and I suspect the people who interviewed me in the tech round wouldn't even pass their own interview. They only ask really basic questions, and then tell you you didn't get selected. It was a complete waste of time.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process included three rounds: an initial screen, a chat with the hiring manager, and then a four-part virtual on-site panel. Everyone I talked to was pretty chill and relaxed. The interviews felt more like conversations, not high-pressure situations. They do, however, ask questions to see if you really know your stuff.
