First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FanDuel.
Marketing Coordinator
I had a phone screen first, then a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. It was mostly behavioral stuff, plus questions about why I'm interested in FanDuel, what I know about the company, and why I want to work there.
- How familiar are you with FanDuel?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Marketing Coordinator
So, the interview process was three rounds, and it was pretty all over the place. It started with the hiring manager, then it looped back to HR, and then a third round was with a panel. The first one was with the hiring manager, and they asked the usual interview questions. The next interview went back to HR and it was a quick 15-minute chat about HR stuff and they gave me a prompt. After that, there was a panel of people who asked a LOT of questions and it felt like I was giving them free consulting. Watch out: They totally ghost. I followed up multiple times and heard nothing back.

Marketing Coordinator
It was pretty straightforward. First, I had a phone chat with HR, then another phone call with the department manager. After that, I went in person to meet with several people from the department and from other teams too. All the interactions were good!
- What is your interest in FanDuel?
- Can you describe a time you handled a challenging customer?
