Customer Service Representative
It was pretty easy to get in. I don’t think they really interviewed me, they just gave me an assessment and hired me. I’m very thankful for the opportunity to work within this atmosphere.
- How do you handle difficult situations?
Customer Service Representative
I did an interview over Zoom with two people from FanDuel. It lasted about 35-40 minutes. They asked a lot of questions about whether I knew about sports gambling and the FanDuel app/website. There were also several customer service scenario questions about how I'd handle things as a CSR for a sports gambling company.
- Did you have prior customer service experience?
Customer Support Representative
Started with an online application and got an email for a phone interview the next day. But they never called. Had to use their customer service chat to contact them since their main number isn't public, and I emailed a bunch too. A week later, they finally got back to set up another phone interview. When they called, the person who was supposed to interview me was busy, so someone else did it. He was nice, but the questions were really weird and didn't relate to my work or personality as an employee. Never heard from them after that. Pretty disappointed with their work ethic.
- What piece of furniture would you be?
- Can you explain FanDuel to your grandparents?
